Charles Heidsieck Brut Réserve is an exceptional champagne that embodies the art of blending and the relentless pursuit of perfection of this prestigious House, founded in 1851 by Charles-Camille Heidsieck, famously nicknamed “Champagne Charlie”. This iconic cuvée has been awarded “World’s Best Non-Vintage Champagne” on numerous occasions.
This complex and sophisticated blend brings together 40% Pinot Noir, 40% Chardonnay and 20% Pinot Meunier, with an outstanding proportion of 40% reserve wines drawn from ten different vintages, carefully aged in the historic chalk cellars of Reims. After ten years of cellar ageing, this champagne develops extraordinary depth and complexity. Its deep golden colour with coppery highlights introduces a rich and captivating nose, revealing aromas of dried fruits (almond, hazelnut), candied fruits, toasted brioche, cocoa, vanilla, honey and subtle spicy notes. On the palate, it offers a creamy, velvety texture of great sensuality, with remarkable richness perfectly balanced by vibrant freshness. Flavours of pastry, ripe fruits, caramel and spices unfold harmoniously. The finish is long, generous and exceptionally persistent. This gastronomic and sophisticated champagne pairs beautifully with refined dishes such as foie gras, grilled lobster, roast poultry and mature cheeses, or can simply be enjoyed on its own as a truly great tasting experience.

Ruinart Blanc de Blancs is the pure and elegant expression of Chardonnay from the oldest Champagne House, founded in 1729 by Nicolas Ruinart. This refined champagne embodies the distinctive Ruinart style, characterised by freshness, finesse and aromatic elegance. Crafted exclusively from Chardonnay (100%), this Blanc de Blancs comes from a rigorous selection of the finest crus of the Côte des Blancs and the Montagne de Reims, with a significant proportion of Premier and Grand Cru vineyards. The cuvée also incorporates 20–25% reserve wines to bring depth and complexity. After three years of cellar ageing in the House’s listed historic Gallo-Roman chalk cellars, this champagne achieves beautiful harmony. Its pale gold colour with bright green highlights reflects its crystalline purity. On the nose, it reveals a delicate and refined aromatic palette: white flowers (acacia, jasmine), fresh citrus fruits (lemon, grapefruit), white fruits (white peach, pear), brioche notes and a distinctive chalky minerality. On the palate, it offers a fine, silky texture with lively and elegant freshness. Flavours of fresh fruit, almond, light brioche and chalk unfold with grace and precision. The finish is pure, linear and marked by fine mineral persistence. This luminous and refined Blanc de Blancs is perfect as an aperitif and pairs beautifully with seafood, oysters, premium fish, sushi and fresh goat’s cheese.

Deutz Brut Classic is the signature cuvée of this prestigious House, founded in 1838 by William Deutz and Pierre-Hubert Geldermann, two friends originally from Aix-la-Chapelle. Established in Aÿ, at the heart of the Champagne region, Maison Deutz has upheld a tradition of excellence and an elegant style recognised worldwide. This harmonious and well-balanced blend combines approximately 40% Pinot Noir, 40% Chardonnay and 20% Pinot Meunier, sourced from a meticulous selection of Premier and Grand Cru vineyards. The cuvée also incorporates 20–30% reserve wines, adding complexity and depth. After three years of cellar ageing in the historic chalk cellars of Aÿ, this champagne develops fine maturity. Its bright golden-yellow colour with green highlights introduces a refined and elegant nose, revealing aromas of fresh white fruits (apple, pear), citrus fruits (lemon, mandarin), white flowers, light brioche and buttery notes. On the palate, it offers a balanced and harmonious structure, with lively freshness and a creamy texture. Flavours of fresh fruit, hazelnut, toasted bread and a subtle mineral touch unfold with precision. The finish is pure, elegant and of pleasing length. This refined and versatile champagne is perfect as an aperitif, for elegant receptions, or paired with delicate dishes such as seafood, premium fish, white meats, poultry and fresh cheeses. Its natural elegance and balance make it an ideal champagne for all festive occasions.
