Moët & Chandon Impérial Brut

Moët & Chandon Impérial Brut is the world’s most famous and best-selling champagne, a universal symbol of celebration and elegance since its creation. Founded in 1743, the Moët & Chandon House owns the largest vineyard estate in Champagne and has upheld a tradition of excellence for nearly three centuries. This iconic cuvée bears the name Impérial in tribute to Napoleon Bonaparte, a close friend of Jean-Rémy Moët.
This harmonious blend brings together the three Champagne grape varieties: 30–40% Pinot Noir, 30–40% Pinot Meunier and 20–30% Chardonnay, sourced from over 200 different crus. The cuvée also incorporates 20–30% reserve wines to ensure consistency and complexity. After 24 months of cellar ageing, this champagne develops an appealing aromatic profile. Its bright straw-yellow colour with green highlights introduces an expressive, fruit-driven nose, revealing aromas of green apple, pear, citrus fruits, white flowers and brioche notes. On the palate, it offers a supple and generous texture, with pleasant freshness and fine balance. Flavours of fresh fruit, brioche and buttery notes are perfectly harmonised. The finish is clean, fruity and of pleasing length. Versatile and approachable, this champagne is ideal for all celebrations, as an aperitif, or paired with seafood, grilled fish, white meats and fruit-based desserts.

Ruinart Blanc de Blancs

Ruinart Blanc de Blancs is the pure and elegant expression of Chardonnay from the oldest Champagne House, founded in 1729 by Nicolas Ruinart. This refined champagne embodies the distinctive Ruinart style, characterised by freshness, finesse and aromatic elegance. Crafted exclusively from Chardonnay (100%), this Blanc de Blancs is sourced from a rigorous selection of the finest crus of the Côte des Blancs and the Montagne de Reims, with a significant proportion of Premier and Grand Cru vineyards. The cuvée also incorporates 20–25% reserve wines to add depth and complexity. After three years of cellar ageing in the House’s listed historic Gallo-Roman chalk cellars, this champagne achieves beautiful harmony. Its pale gold colour with bright green highlights reflects its crystalline purity. On the nose, it reveals a delicate and refined aromatic palette: white flowers (acacia, jasmine), fresh citrus fruits (lemon, grapefruit), white fruits (white peach, pear), brioche notes and a characteristic chalky minerality. On the palate, it offers a fine, silky texture with lively and elegant freshness. Flavours of fresh fruit, almond, light brioche and chalk unfold with grace and precision. The finish is pure, linear and marked by fine mineral persistence. This luminous and refined Blanc de Blancs is perfect as an aperitif and pairs beautifully with seafood, oysters, noble fish, sushi and fresh goat’s cheese.

Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label Brut

Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label Brut is one of the most iconic champagnes in the world, instantly recognisable by its distinctive yellow-orange label. Founded in 1772, the Veuve Clicquot House owes its name and renown to Madame Clicquot, widowed at just 27, who revolutionised the champagne industry by inventing the riddling table in 1816 and creating the first blended rosé champagne in 1818. This signature cuvée perpetuates the pioneering spirit and uncompromising quality of the House.
This classic and powerful blend brings together 50–55% Pinot Noir, 28–33% Pinot Meunier and 15–20% Chardonnay, sourced from 50 to 60 different crus. The cuvée incorporates 30–45% reserve wines, maintained in a unique solera system comprising up to nine different years. After three years of cellar ageing, this champagne develops complexity and character. Its bright golden-yellow colour with amber highlights introduces a rich and fruit-forward nose, revealing aromas of ripe fruits (apple, pear, apricot), dried fruits, toasted brioche, vanilla and spicy notes. On the palate, it delivers a powerful and generous structure, with impressive breadth and well-balanced freshness. Flavours of ripe fruit, pastry, butter and spices unfold with intensity. The finish is rich, long and remarkably persistent. This champagne of character and elegance is ideal as an aperitif, pairs beautifully with gastronomic dishes such as lobster, white meats and mature cheeses, or simply to celebrate every joyful moment with style and distinction.
